This Privacy Policy explains how Lumino Studio LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Android application SGLotto (“the App”).
SGLotto shows Singapore lottery results (4D, TOTO, and Singapore Sweep) and lets you check numbers you enter against those results. The App does not sell lottery tickets, does not enable betting, and does not promote gambling. It is an independent results and reference app.
Privacy by design: the numbers, tickets, and favourites you enter are checked on your device against publicly published results. Your numbers and saved tickets are never sent to our servers.
This on-device data stays on your device and is removed when you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App.
The App fetches publicly available lottery results from our servers. When it does, we may automatically collect limited technical information, such as:
This is used to operate and secure our services, troubleshoot issues, and understand basic usage. We do not receive the numbers or tickets you check.
The App uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to record crashes and “App Not Responding” events so we can fix stability problems. A crash report may include your device model, operating system version, app version, and a diagnostic stack trace. It does not include your saved numbers or tickets. Crash collection is disabled in test builds.
The App also uses Firebase Remote Config to check whether a newer version is available. This does not collect personal information.
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process your device’s advertising ID, along with limited device and usage information (for example IP address, device type, and general interaction with ads). This may be used to serve personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent and region. We do not share your saved numbers, tickets, or any content you enter in the App with advertisers.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use Google’s certified consent management platform (the User Messaging Platform) to request your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from “Ad Privacy Settings” in the App’s menu. You can also limit ad personalization on your device via Android’s Settings → Google → Ads.
The App does not use separate usage analytics beyond the crash reporting and ad services described above. These Google services are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy (see also how Google uses information from sites/apps that use its services), and Firebase data handling is described at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
The App does not request access to your camera, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or storage.
Where applicable law (such as Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act or the EU GDPR) requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide and operate the App, to pursue our legitimate interests in improving and securing it, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only in these situations:
Data you save inside the App (tickets, Favourites, settings) remains on your device until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it. Server request logs are automatically deleted or anonymized within 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law. Crash reports are retained by Google Firebase according to Google’s policies.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections between the App and our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
SGLotto relates to lottery results and is intended for adults (18 years or older). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
SGLotto is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Singapore Pools or any government agency. Official results and prize claims should always be verified with Singapore Pools at https://www.singaporepools.com.sg.
Our servers or service providers may be located in countries other than your own. By using the App, you acknowledge that limited technical information may be processed in such countries, and we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards where required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing, in accordance with applicable law. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. Most of your data lives only on your device — clearing the App’s data or uninstalling removes it immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Please review it periodically.
